Jewelry Care:

Daily practices: We strongly advise against: Swimming, Showering, Sleeping, Exercising or doing Household Chores while wearing your jewelry. Do not expose your piece to prolonged excessive heat and to cleaning chemicals or cosmetics such as foundations, perfumes, hairsprays etc. When dressing /undressing, your jewelry should be the last item you put on and the first that you take off. Storage: To prevent scratches, tarnishing and to keep your jewelry looking brand new, store this piece separately in its original packaging or in an enclosed jewelry box. Cleaning: Soak in warm soapy water for a couple minutes (dish soap is best). Remove and gently brush with a SOFT toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry with a clean lint free cloth or dry using a blow dryer set to cool air.

Refund/Return Policy:

We hope you are happy with your piece. However, in case you want to return, Josanne Mark Ltd. accepts them for EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT only, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Store credit will be valid for one year. We do not provide refunds. To return an item, please email sales@josannemark.com for a return authorization (RA) code and return address information. Returns shipped without an RA code will be returned to sender at their expense. All shipping, handling and expediting charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a return and items must be returned in the condition received in its original packaging. Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.
