Carnelian, known for its vibrant orange-red hues, is a gemstone celebrated for its energy and warmth. Mined in regions like India, Brazil, and parts of Africa, its earthy tones are beautifully complemented by the golden vermeil, creating a design that’s effortlessly elegant.

To prevent scratches and tarnishing and to keep your piece looking brand new, we recommend that you store your piece separately in our original packaging. We strongly advise against: swimming, showering, sleeping or exercising while wearing your jewelry. Do not expose jewelry to household cleaning agents or cosmetics such as foundations, perfumes, hairsprays and to excessive heat. To clean, gently wipe with a lint free cloth that has been dampened with warm water or lightly polish using a commercial silver polishing cloth. Do not attempt to vigorously polish the aged Bronze as you will remove the beautiful patina. You can also wash gently with warm, mildly-soapy water, rinse, then pat dry with a lint free cloth.

Store credit will be valid for one year. We do not provide refunds. To return an item, please email sales@josannemark.com for a return authorization (RA) code and return address information. Returns shipped without an RA code will be returned to sender at their expense. All shipping, handling and expediting charges are non-refundable. Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.
