Carnelian, known for its vibrant orange-red hues, is a gemstone celebrated for its energy and warmth. Mined in regions like India, Brazil, and parts of Africa, its earthy tones are beautifully complemented by the golden vermeil, creating a design that’s effortlessly elegant.

To prevent scratches and tarnishing and to keep your piece looking brand new, we recommend that you store your piece separately in our original packaging. We strongly advise against: swimming, showering, sleeping or exercising while wearing your jewelry. Do not expose jewelry to household cleaning agents or cosmetics such as foundations, perfumes, hairsprays and to excessive heat. To clean, gently wipe with a lint free cloth that has been dampened with warm water or lightly polish using a commercial silver polishing cloth. Do not attempt to vigorously polish the aged Bronze as you will remove the beautiful patina. You can also wash gently with warm, mildly-soapy water, rinse, then pat dry with a lint free cloth.

We hope you love your piece, but if it’s not quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Store credit is valid for one year.

To begin a return, please email sales@josannemark.com for a Return Authorisation (RA) code. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
