Storage: To prevent scratches, tarnishing and to keep your jewelry looking brand new, store this piece separately in its original packaging or in an enclosed lined jewelry box. Cleaning: Soak in warm soapy water for a couple minutes (dish soap is best). Remove and gently brush with a SOFT toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry with a clean lint free cloth or dry using a blow dryer set to cool air.

Store credit will be valid for one year. We do not provide refunds. To return an item, please email sales@josannemark.com for a return authorization (RA) code and return address information. Returns shipped without an RA code will be returned to sender at their expense. All shipping, handling and expediting charges are non-refundable.
